Naya Yoga Club is a small, boutique studio nestled in the heart of Bydgoszcz. Born from a yearning for movement, body-mind connection, breath, and silence, it’s a place where you can inhale more deeply. Slow down. Quiet the noise. And truly listen to yourself.

In Naya, every sense counts—especially listening. We curate electronic music at its best, from earthy tones to profound beats, all in crystal-clear sound that leads your practice rather than simply underscoring it.

We trust in the body’s innate intelligence and the healing potential of movement—both physical and emotional. A handful of conscious breaths and a subtle hip sway can be enough to bring you home.

Our team consists of passionate yoga professionals who blend years of hands-on experience with a tailored approach for each participant. Thanks to the wide range of yoga styles we offer and our instructors’ industry-recognized certifications, you’ll receive expert support at every stage of your practice.

Ola

She is a dedicated yoga practitioner and the founder of Naya Yoga Club. Five years ago, she made the life-changing decision to leave her corporate career behind, carving out the time and space for both physical and spiritual development — the spark that ignited her deep passion for yoga. Years of intensive training, rigorous study, and countless hours on the mat have brought her to this very moment: leading Naya Yoga Club. Come, settle in, and feel the rhythm.

Maja

She is a contemporary dancer and graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań, where she specialized in contemporary dance, improvisation, and choreotherapy. From an early age, she has been immersed in the world of dance, drawn especially to contemporary movement for its freedom and authenticity. In her intuitive dance classes, you’ll explore movement, improvise, and play with dance—no prior experience required; all you need is an open mind and comfortable attire.​

Jagoda

She’s a sports and nature enthusiast and medical student who’s stayed active since childhood—from horseback riding at age seven to running, yoga, and Pilates.

In her signature “Sculpt the Barre” classes, she blends Pilates, music, and dance into sessions with dynamic warm-ups, targeted body-conditioning, core-focused work, and a relaxing stretch—all delivered in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Lena

Driven by breathwork and relaxation, she’s practiced yoga since 2012, holds YACEP-accredited Ashtanga Vinyasa training, and continues her studies under a Level 2 SYC instructor while exploring Yin Yoga.

Join her at Naya Yoga Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays for breath-led Vinyasa flows that finish with guided relaxation.

Dorota

She’s a Certified Mindfulness & Compassion Trainer providing preventive health programs and psychoeducation for adults and youth.

Her neuropsychology-informed, evidence-based sessions blend meditation, breathwork, and straightforward mindfulness exercises to reduce stress, build resilience, and enhance overall well-being—no prior experience needed.

Pilates with me — for your body, mind, and mood!
Hello! I’m Wiktoria Kujawa, a physiotherapist with a passion for holistic health. Join my small-group Pilates sessions that blend movement, mindset, and embodiment. I emphasize healthy alignment, breathwork, enhanced mobility, and cultivating positive energy. These classes are suitable for all levels—come and feel more at home in your body!

Paulina

I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200, advancing to RYT 300 in September) with many years of daily Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga practice. Ashtanga energizes me, while Hatha grounds me. Professionally, I work as a designer; in my personal life I’m a mother of three, caretaker to six dogs and a horse, and I tend a lush, plant-filled garden. I also run culinary workshops promoting healthy eating.
